Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what is and is not allowed when using Trovascout, the creator outreach product from CVPK Digital Studio LLC ("CVPK," "we," "us"). It applies to you and to anyone you allow to use your account. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. You operate the Service

Trovascout finds creators and helps you reach them. It does not choose who you contact, what you say, when you say it, or what your arrangement with a creator requires you or them to disclose. Those are your decisions, made under your own account, and you are responsible for making them lawfully.

2. Disclosure

Where a collaboration you arrange through Trovascout results in a paid promotion, the applicable advertising disclosure rules are the creator's and your responsibility to meet, under your own agreement with the creator. Trovascout does not review individual messages or posts for compliance.

3. You may not use Trovascout to

• Contact a creator who has asked not to be contacted, or work around a do-not-contact request.
• Send anything false, deceptive or misleading about who you are or what you are offering.
• Harass, threaten or attempt to defraud a creator.
• Scrape, resell or redistribute the data Trovascout surfaces outside your own organization's use of the product.
• Attempt to bypass, disable or interfere with the product's security or rate limits.
• Use the product to build a competing product.
• Use the product for any purpose that violates applicable law.

4. Accounts you connect

Where you connect your own vendor account, mailbox or platform session to Trovascout, you are responsible for keeping that connection compliant with the terms that vendor or platform holds you to. Trovascout acting on your instruction through a connection you made does not make Trovascout a party to that agreement.

5. Regulated customers

The terms on this page, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy are not the whole arrangement for a customer operating in a regulated category. A customer in that position enters into a separate, negotiated agreement with us in addition to these standard terms, before using the product. This page does not list which categories require one; ask us before you sign up if you are not sure whether yours does.

6. What happens if this policy is not followed

A violation of this policy is a material breach of the Terms of Service, and we may suspend or terminate the account involved.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product changes. A change to the words of this page moves the version date at the top and the bottom of it; a change to how the page looks does not.
